Dates

Use the role attribute of regDate to indicate the type of date you are recording.

regMeta/regDateGrp

Format dates captured with the regDate in ISO 8601 format YYYY-MM-DD. It may occasionally be a partial date (e.g. just a year - YYYY, or a year and a month - YYYY-MM); the instructions indicate when a partial date is allowed.

The allowed values for this list may be restricted for each product: refer to the documentation for each product for a definitive list.
