Paragraphs
Capture all paragraphed text in p elements.

All p elements must be descendants of div1.
When paragraphs are numbered, each new numbered paragraph must be captured in a new div[1-7,N] p. The number itself is captured in an enumerator element (the first child of p) with attribute role="paraNum". Numbered paragraphs must be set to the same div[1-7,N] level.
Paragraph numbers can consist of arabic or roman numerals, sequences of letters, etc. Include any punctuation associated with the number (e.g. following full stop, surrounding parentheses, etc.) in the enumerator element.
