Capture an Insert Media processing instruction at the end of chapters in Medical Textbooks to automatically generate a list of additional online resources, if additional online resources are present.
The <?Insert-Media?> processing instructions included
in lists at the end of chapters in the ESC textbook have a different intended functionality to
their figure-related counter-parts. Instead of rendering an image of the file in question, the
processing-instruction automatically generates a summary list of additional online resources
from the corresponding //mediaGroup/media/titleGroup element.
