Headnote Commentator field
Capture the name of each author of the headnote (there may be more than one commentator) in a separate commentator element in a commentatorGrp group.
headNote/commentatorGrp/commentator/nameGrp
Capture names using a nameGrp element.
When the Commentator
field is filled in, there must also be content in the Analysis
field.
