Capture each alternative or variant name using an additional nameGrp with an altType within the main nameGrp. Using the typecode as an indicator, apply a role value of either 'alternative' or 'variant'.

Where only an alternative name is given, with no main name, capture using the instructions in Alternative names where no main name is present.
