Named Internal Link
Where a link has been identified in the headnote to a specific arbitrator’s or judge’s opinion in the decision and includes their name, capture the name in the output XML.
Capture these named cross-references in the form (see opinion of arbitrator’s/judge’s name
at paragraph n of the decision)
. When the Headnote Type
field contains the text
Award
use the word award
used in place of the word decision
. Capture
the text in an xrefGrp element, and the paragraph n
portion of the
text inside the xref element.
Set the value of the ref attribute of the xref element to the id of the paragraph number of the target.
If the text refers to more than one paragraph (e.g. paragraphs n-n
), make the link to
the first mentioned paragraph.
