Plates that are not referenced in the text

For plates which are not referenced in the text, and which are not colour copies of figures elsewhere in the book, capture the images together in a miscMatter element at the end of the book.

//miscMatter[@class = "illustration"]

Give the miscMatter element an attribute class="illustration" and a heading Plates in its titleGroup element.

Place the miscMatter element after all other end matter sections except endpapers.
