Example shows a p element which is allowed to be a sibling of a div4 element because the structure is captured in the nested paragraph numbers (enumerator).

<enumerator>(c)</enumerator> not disclose the information to any third party (except as
provided in this Agreement) without written permission;</p>

<enumerator>(d)</enumerator> only copy and disclose the information to those of its
employees who reasonably require access to the information for the purposes of the
Experiments and the evaluation described above, and on condition that all such employees
to whom disclosures are made:</p>

information and the conditions of disclosure defined in this Agreement; and</p>
