Headnote judge roles and opinions
Headnotes include separate fields marked as Role
and Opinion
where a
judge or arbitrator name has information appended about the role that they played in the case,
or the opinion that they had.

Capture role and opinion information in the role and opinion
attributes of the judge element. Sometimes this text is presented
in brackets, but where the whole of the text in either the Role
column or
Opinion
column is in brackets, do not capture the brackets in the XML.
