Jurisdictions that are the subject of the legal content, or discussed by it. This only applies to non-book law content.

jurisdictionGroup/jurisdictionRelated[@role='subject']

These jurisdictions will be listed with the other jurisdictions in the handover, but will be marked by a hash at the beginning of the string. Capture the entire string within jurisdictionRelated, with a role of 'subject'.
