Display maths

Capture display mathematics as both GIF images and MathML within displayMaths elements. If required, also capture TeX versions of the mathematics in the texMath element in a CDATA section.

EQ	Indicates a mathematical equation
EQN	Indicates the equation number
EQL	Indicates the equation label
EQC	Indicates the equation condition (i.e. "where x = y")

Capture enumerators in the XML and not as part of the image.

Capture displayMaths within its own p element.

Capture the image location in two ways:

using the graphic element with sysId attribute

in the altimg attribute of the m:math element

If the expression cannot be captured in MathML, capture the image only.
