Bibliographies within front or end matter sections
Capture bibliographies at the end of frontMatter or endMatter sections in a bibliographyGroup element within the last div1 element of the textMatter.
Bibliographies on front or end matter pages (for instance a bibliography at the end of an introduction or appendix) must be contained in a bibliographyGroup element on the last division of the miscMatter chunk.
If the content of the miscMatter chunk before the bibliography is not divided into sections with subheadings, capture all the content (including the bibliography) in a single div1 element.
