Institutional rules

OUP text may contain references to the governing rules of certain (non-government) bodies, e.g. arbitral institutions or international courts. Institutional rules set out the rules of procedure of the judicial body, whereas a Statute of Court brings the judicial body into being.

Institutional Rules may be referred to in OUP law documents using acronyms, short titles or other key words. It is necessary to include the full title in the bibItem markup.

Distinguish the various sub-types of institutional rules between Rules of Court and Arbitral Rules in OUP's XML.
