Gender profile metadata

Capture genders in profile metadata using a metaDescribes element with the attribute predicate="gender".

metaDescribes[@predicate="gender"]

Use m for male genders and f for female genders. All other values must be marked as u.

Capture gender where it is specified for the profile itself, parents and spouses.
