Other media (video, audio, etc) file naming

Title, product, product family, and platform TCIs

Name media appropriately for the type of the file that it is (video, audio, or other) and store them in a media/ subfolder relative to the XML file.

File type	File name extension
Video	`-video-001`, `-video-002`, etc.
Audio	`-audio-001`, `-audio-002`, etc.
All other files	`-file-001`, `-file-002`, etc.
