Headnote Held field
Capture the outcome of the hearing using the narrative text structure of the DTD (div[1-7,N] p) within the textMatter element.

Capture each paragraph in a separate div1
p element. Capture nested outline numbers using the nested
structure for narrative text, that is, using div2, div3 elements. Paragraph numbers within Held
must be prefixed with the
letter H within enumerator.
Do not capture end punctuation from enumerators. For example, capture "H1." as, enumerator
H1
/enumerator,
without the full stop.
