Country-Specific Information (CDC Yellow Book)
Instructions for capturing the Country-Specific Information section of a CDC Yellow Book
Capture each country at a div4 level:
- Capture the country name in a titleGroup.

capture cross-references to maps in xrefGrp groups

to distinguish been similarly named locations (e.g. the British and the US Virgin Islands) include the country to which the territory belongs in the title

for lists of what the country/territory includes (e.g.
ITALY, INCLUDING HOLY SEE (VATICAN CITY)
), use a subtitle element
Capture disease information (e.g. "Yellow Fever" or "Malaria") at a div5 level.
In each div5 capture:

A titleGroup in which the name of the disease ("Yellow Fever" or "Malaria") is captured in a title child element.

A p element containing:
- A list element
- A list1 element within the list element, with attribute listType=”unstructured”, containing item1 elements for each line of information
