For law monographs, capture an additional identifier as the value of the citId attribute of the root
book element.
/book/@citId
By default this citation ID has the format:
PROD-ID ISBN (YYYY)
Where:

PROD-ID - is the product ID (e.g.
'OSAIL') -
ISBN - is the ISBN of the book (e.g.
'9780199288557') -
YYYY - is the year of the book's edition (e.g.
'2005')
