Treatments ThatWork (TTW) and Programs ThatWork (PTW)
Capture instuctions for the Treatments ThatWork and Programs ThatWork series'.
Many of the chapters in both the Therapist Guide and Workbook titles of these series' contain a Homework division.
- The icon must be captured as graphic display="print".
- Capture all pencil bullet pionts as normal bullet points, i.e. "∙".
- Ensure that 'Session' references are either internal cross referred (if the same book) or externally cross referred (if talking about the corresponding Therapist Guide or Workbook).
- Callouts to forms must be internally cross-referred with xref to the mediaGroup id that includes the corresponding PDF filename.
- Do not capture tick mark design elements on frontMatter pages.
Forms and Worksheets Appendix
TTW and PTW titles should have an appendix called "Forms and Worksheets".
Check if there is already an appendix in the print version called "Forms and Worksheets".
If this appendix already exists, check all PDF forms supplied are already in it.
- If yes, no further action needed.
- If no, add any missing forms or worksheets to the online version of the appendix.
If the appendix does not exist in the print, create an online-only appendix called "Forms and Worksheets", and include copies of all PDF forms and worksheets supplied (including those included within other print appendices).
