Plates that are referenced in the text

Unless a plate is a colour copy of a figure that occurs elsewhere in the book, insert the <?Insert-Figure?> processing instruction at the end of the paragraph that the plate is first referenced in.

When a plate is a colour copy of a figure that occurs elsewhere in the book insert the processing instructions immediately after the figure processing instruction.
