Link notes that refer to alternate version of text to the second version of the text.
Link editorialComment and appCrit notes to the relevant milestone element in the second version.
Add to this milestone:
- versionOf attribute to the id attribute of the equivalent milestone in the first version.
- versionType attribute of this second version.
