You can add an alternative title (e.g. a short form) in this field as the titleVariant child of titleGroup.
Use the role attribute of regDate to indicate the type of date you are recording.
The regulation number indicates the number of a piece of legislation, e.g. 23 in 1996 Chapter 23 (the citation of the UK Arbitration Act 1996), and is required for Institutional rules and legislation instruments.
Jurisdictions are courts, countries, institutions or other legal entities that are associated with the document.
Capture a citation for a treaty, piece of legislation, etc., that is related to the current document in a bibItem element with attribute role="related" to distinguish it from other citations within the citeGrp.
An authored comment on the document taken from the Comment field in the headnote template. Normally these comments have a minimum of structure.
Capture a disclaimer, copyright notice, or similar from the Disclaimer field in the headnote in the disclaimer element, using a p element for each paragraph of text.
