Filename qualifier (Q)

The OUP give a qualifier to each file delivered for capture.

Headnote skeleton (submitted by contributors, but without commentary or analysis)

Source document (e.g. award, judgment, or order) (English-language original only).

Additional source documents are assigned sequential numbers.

Source document (Non-English original)

Source document (Non-Roman script)

Such a file is submitted in PDF format

SO

Separate opinion of an arbitrator or judge

OT

Full, official English translation (of decisions whose originals are not in English)

T

Full but unofficial English translation

PT

Partial (and unofficial) English translation

POT

Partial (and official) English translation

Where there is more than one non-English original version, a qualifier indicating the language or country appears after the DF qualifier in the file name, e.g.

IC-LG185(2001)DF(FR) 
IC–LG185(2001)DF(ES)

Where an incomplete headnote has been sent (i.e. without commentary), the amended headnote with commentary are delivered with the qualifier HC.

Where there are several stages to a case, the main commentary sometimes appears only on one stage, with the headnotes for the other stages containing only skeleton metadata. The headnotes for these stages are delivered with the qualifier HS.
