Sub-headings within tables
Capture each sub-heading and applicable following row elements in separate sections of the table using tgroup groups. Capture the table heading in each tgroup using the thead element.
Capture sub-headings correctly especially if there is a page-break across the table because the correct heading must be repeated
in print.
