Non-Merger Decisions

Non-merger decisions are a subtype of case report.

They have a citation reference in the form YY/123 or YYYY/123, and can be identified in books by these reference numbers combined with their inclusion in tables of cases such as:

  • “..Table of Community Cases and Decisions”, “Table of Non-Merger Decisions”, etc.
