Other sections in instrument end matter

Capture miscellaneous end matter sections such as sections labelled signatories, additional protocols, letters, or other text fragments and capture them in a miscMatterGroup group.

/regGroup/regulation/endMatter/miscMatterGroup

Capture sections at the end of instruments in their own miscMatter element with attribute role="signatories".

miscMatter[@role="signatories"]

When instruments are amended by additional protocol, capture the protocol document in its own miscMatter element with attribute role="protocol" and a titleGroup. If there is more than one additional protocol document per instrument, capture each one in a separate miscMatter.

miscMatter[@role="protocol"]

Capture other text fragments appended to the instrument such as letters, travaux préparatoires, etc. in miscMatter within the endMatter. Do not include any role values.
