The general format for DOIs in IIC Instruments is:
10.1093/law-iic/ttnnn.elementName.nn
Where:

10.1093 - is the prefix identifying the publisher
-
law-iic - is a constant
-
tt - is the IC document type one of
ar,lg,mt,bt,mb, according to whether the document is a set of arbitral rules, piece of legislation, multilateral treaty, bilateral treaty, or model treaty respectively. -
nnn - is the unique (three-digit) sequential number taken from the ID supplied in the metadata document

elementName - is the element name containing the
doi -
nn - is a unique and sequential value, that follows on from the preceding element with the same name
