PDF ExtRefs - Therapist Guide to Workbook
If a form is called out in the Therapist Guide, that only exists in the Workbook, use an extRef element to refer to the form in the workbook.
In some instances, a form will be called out in the TG but only exist in the workbook. In these cases mark with extRef.
If the Therapist Guide contains an online-only appendix with the form from the workbook, use an internal xref instead
