Headnote Instruments cited field

The Instruments cited field gives a list of international conventions referred to in either the headnote or Judgment. Capture each instrument in a separate bibItem.

headNote/convGrp/conv/bibItem

headNote/convGrp/convSubGrp[title]/conv/bibItem

Where the conventions fall into a series of subgroups, capture these groups in a convSubGrp group, with a title element containing the header for the subgroup.

When the Instruments cited field in the headnote lists multiple conventions using a bulleted list, capture each of these multiple conventions in a separate bibItem element. Do not capture the bullet symbols.
