File names for law
File naming conventions for all material sent to OUP for the ORIL and IIC services.
Each item should have both an judgment (or award) and a headnote, and in some instances a translation. The respective files should follow the same naming convention, but are distinguished by the file qualifier.
For submitted Law Reports:
- ORIL
seriesnnn(JJJJYYYY)Q - Investment Claims (IC) file names for non-case material
IC-TTnnnJJ(YYYY)Q
For the XML, the file name corresponds to the value of the caseid attribute.
- For ORIL use:
SERIESnnn(JJJJYYYY).xml - For IC use:
IC-TTnnnJJ(YYYY).xml
Where:

IC - is a constant representing Investment Claims

TT - the IC document type from the following:

nnn - is a unique sequential number for each deliverable document.

JJ - is the (upper case) two digit ISO 3166 country code corresponding to the
country code at
/regGroup/regMeta/countryName/@ISOcountryOnly required for Model Treaties and Treaty Overviews (whereTTisMB). Omit for other documents. -
JJJJ - is the jurisdiction or court identifier code

YYYY - is the year of the judgment or, for IIC, the year of the signature of the source document

Q - is the Qualifier which may include an additional number (xx)
