Clinical Trial IDs (NCTxxxxxxxx)

Clinical Trials identifiers appear in some books and consist of the characters NCT followed by an 8-digit number, e.g.: NCT00000419. Capture these identifiers in a bibItem of class="webLink".

Set the following attributes on the bibItem element:

Set attribute class='webLink'
Set the url attribute to http://www.clinicaltrials.gov/show/ followed by the NCT ID
Set attribute idnumber to the NCT ID
Set attribute idScheme="clinicaltrials.gov"
When only a URL is given (i.e. http://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT01281475) mark the URL using a url element within the bibItem.
