/regGroup/regulation/endMatter
Capture appendices, annexes, schedules, etc. of a regulation in the end matter as an appendix element in an appendixGroup group.
Capture miscellaneous end matter sections such as sections labelled signatories, additional protocols, letters, or other text fragments and capture them in a miscMatterGroup group.
