Capture the body of authentic content in the book in the work element.

The structure of works and sub-works in a book will be defined in the skeleton spreadsheet.
A book can contain multiple work elements.
A work may be single piece of authentic content or a collection of sub-works, which in turn may be collections of sub-works.
Capture each work, as indicated by a level 1 hierarchy in the skeleton spreadsheet, in a work element.
Each work element must have a doi attribute.
A work can contain authentic front and end matter, to be captured in workFrontMatter and workEndMatter elements respectively.
Do not capture metaInfo for miscMatter elements in work elements.
Occasionally, authentic content may exist in the front or end matter of a book. This will be indicated in the structural spreadsheet. Capture this in the appropriate element rather than work.
