If the article is about a case, piece of legislation, etc. (i.e. the article title itself is
a reference), any references in the text to the subject of the article should be given a link
type of about.
References appearing only in the Select Bibliography
or Select Documents
sections should be given a link type of listed only. References in these
sections that repeat earlier references should keep the earlier link type and use the
sameTarget or sameTargetRoot attribute as usual.
