Format for OCL id attributes.

The id attribute value must follow the general format

                law-ocl-TTnnn-element-xx
            

Or, for Textbooks:

                law-ocl-ISBN-element-xx

a unique sequential number for each deliverable document
ISBN
the ISBN number of the textbook captured from the imprint/copyright page of the manuscript

is the element name containing the id

is a unique and sequential value, that follows on from the preceding element of the same name

The exception to the general pattern is the root element the format of which is law-ocl-TTnnn or law-ocl-ISBN as appropriate.
