Issue meta: Supplement PDF
Capture a link to the full PDF file for a supplement by using a self-uri element.
Full issue PDF files may only be captured for supplement type issues. The xlink:href attribute must match the PDF filename as supplied to the content loader.
The PDF file name must be in the format [Jcode]_[Vol]_[issue]_issue.pdf. The filename must not contain any whitespace characters.
