ORCID ID

Capture ORCID IDs in a contrib-id element as a child of the contrib to which it refers.

contrib-group/contrib/contrib-id[@contrib-id-type = "orcid"]

Set the contrib-id-type attribute of the contrib-id element to orcid and the element content to the author's ORCID URL (including the https://orcid.org/ prefix).
