Complex volume and issue values

Capture complex issue and volume values following the specified format that combines predefined terms, numeric values, and underscores/hyphens to represent spaces.

Use the following predefined terms:

"Supplement" (for volume or issue supplements)
"Part" (for multi-part volumes or issues).

Use an underscore to represent a space between a term and a value, and a hyphen to represent a space between numeric values of combined issues.
