Capture Article titles in a article-title element contained in a title-group element

title-group element can contain up to 1 subtitle element for sub titles only.

If there is a footnote attached to the title, capture the footnote indicator in sup tags within an xref element, pointing to the relevant footnote.

Article titles cannot contain inline-formula. If an article title cannot be captured using permitted characters and formatting elements, contact OUP.
