Capture articles with Crown copyright or Australian or Canadian Government licenses as crown copyright.
Crown copyright articles must have a copyright-statement with a value of © Crown copyright [date]. Where [date] value must be year the work first published.
A copyright-year element must follow with the same [date] value.
Capture a license-p within the license element. The value of license-p is detailed in the example.
