Capture a featured figure/TOC image in a supplementary-material element with a content-type attribute of value featured-figure.

Capture a graphic element to identify the image file to use.

Include an optional label if provided.

Only one piece of featured content (image, video or audio) can be tagged in an article.

If the figure should also appear in the body then capture it as normal in the body
