Stage directions
Capture stage directions within a named-content element, using the attribute-value pair content-type="stage-direction".
If named entities within stage directions need to be distinguished, use a nested named-content element with the attribute-value pairs content-type="entity" and specific-use="stage-dir-entity" to identify them.
If stage directions are enclosed within one or two brackets, include the brackets wthin the textual content of the named-content element.
Brackets should not be italicised; this should be handled during
transformation.
