Foreign phrases

When a part of a sentence is in a language that differs from the language of the surrounding text, capture that fragment in a named-content element with a content-type attribute with the value foreign-phrase

Include an xml:lang with a single value, lower-case code from the IANA language subtag type list .

"Sister in suffering and unbounded hope, I believe you". The use of the
pronoun <named-content content-type="foreign-phrase" xml:lang="fr">tu</named-content>
instead of the more formal <named-content content-type="foreign-phrase" xml:lang="fr">vous</named-content>
in the original French version establishes an immediate familiarity
and sense of trust between the two women.</p>
