Page breaks
Capture a target element at the point where a page break occurs in the printed book.
Give the element an id attribute.
Give the element a target-type attribute with value page
.
Capture the page number as text content of the target element.
If the page break occurs between sections, capture the target element at the start of the following section (not the end of the preceding section).
