Capture Open Access (OA) license information in a license element

permissions/license[@license-type and @xlink:href]

For content with a Creative Commons Open Access license, capture a license element with a license-type attribute whose value corresponds to the license type.

If the entire book is Open Access, capture the license within the book-meta element.

If some chapters (but not the whole book) are Open Access, capture the license within the book-part-meta element for each OA chapter.

Give each license element an xlink:href attribute with the value of the URL of the applicable Creative Commons licence.

The xlink:href must match the applicable Creative Commons license in the copyright line.

Include the text of the license as shown in the examples for each license type.
