Running Glossary Term
This should only be used for bolded key terms within the text. These should link up to the appropriate term in the Glossary.
This is separate from the Glossary Term and Glossary Definition codes used specifically to mark terms and definitions when they appear together in either a Definition Feature or Glossary.
When a Running Glossary Term links to a glossary term within the current chunk (article, chapter, or other book part), the typecode maps to an xref element in the XML.
When a Running Glossary Term links to a glossary term outside of the current piece of content (for example, a Running Glossary Term in a chapte referring to a glossary term in the end matter), the typecode maps to a related-object element.
This is similar to the difference between Internal and External cross-references.
