Use this typecode when an extra space or ornament (such as a fleuron, set of asterisks, etc) appears between two paragraphs.
This typecode should only be used when the extra space or ornament is an exception to the standard break between paragraphs. The incoming manuscript should flag which paragraphs need this treatment.
