External Cross Reference
Use the External Cross Reference typecode to cross refer to other chunks (other chapters, parts, front or end matter) in the same book or to other books by OUP.
There should be enough information from the handover to build external cross references to other chapters or sections within the same title. External cross-references can also point to other OUP books, and in this case they will contain a Word comment in the manuscript specifying the ISBN of the other book, and the unique XML identifier if available.
For targets that are not OUP books, use URL.
