The judge name element, containing the name of a judge hearing a case.

The appropriate two-character ISO 3166 country code should be captured as the value of the nationality attribute where applicable.
The role attribute is used only where a judge's name is provided along
with information about his or her role in the case, such as President A. Barak
, or
Justice D. Appleby (dissenting)
. In such cases the extra descriptive information is
captured in the role attribute.
Note that the role attribute used to capture descriptive information that
is relative to the court proceedings, i.e. the judge's role in that particular case (e.g.
Presiding
), while the foreTitle attribute on the
nameGrp child element is used to capture an official title that the
judge has been permanently granted, e.g. Justice
.
